Careers at CAST

Whether just starting out, transitioning from a related field, or looking for new challenges to complement your industry experience, unique and exciting job opportunities await you at CAST.

Computer-Aided Software Technologies, Inc. (CAST) develops and sources semiconductor intellectual property that we sell as silicon IP cores for electronic systems. These pre-built and rigorously-verified cores are the building blocks that enable the design of today’s complex integrated circuits (chips) to be done more quickly and with less risk.

CAST was founded in 1993 and soon after helped pioneer and shape the semiconductor IP market, which for several years has been the fastest growing segment in the semiconductor industry.

CAST customers are involved in every segment of electronics—from planetary rovers to consumer drones, from automobiles to smartphones, from data centers to industrial factories—and our employees work directly with some of the sharpest engineering customers on the planet.

Our self-funded company is based in the US but has always been virtual, with employees working remotely out of home offices around the world.

Staying smaller and retaining a flat managerial structure empowers every employee to innovate and develop methods to contribute to the company’s success. Competitive benefits and salaries complete the package that attracts the best engineering, technical sales, and marketing candidates to our challenging but satisfying mission.
